1. The Service
Selyse is an AI-powered business phone platform for contractors, operated by Gustavo Mejia. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
2. Your Account
You must be a business owner or authorized representative to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must provide accurate information during signup.
3. Payment & Billing
Selyse is $149/month after a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period with no refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Selyse only for lawful business communication with your own customers. You may not use Selyse to send unsolicited messages or any content that violates applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable to your business.
5. Your Data
You own your customer data. We process it on your behalf solely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Selyse is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, missed calls, or AI errors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Selyse after changes constitutes acceptance.
